For more than ten years I have helped people buy and sell across Vancouver, from a first apartment downtown to a family house on the North Shore. I am licensed in British Columbia and work out of the Oakwyn Realty office downtown.

I am the one who shows you the homes, talks to your lender, and sits across the table when the offer is written. When a place is not worth what they are asking, I will tell you. Plenty of my clients have waited a year on that advice and thanked me later.

A good part of my work is with families moving here from Hong Kong, Taiwan and mainland China. We can go through all of it in English or Chinese, whichever is easier for your family.
